The room was newly remodeled and had high-quality furnishings and a modern bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quiet street just off a bustling piazza. We had a restful night's sleep as there was no street noise or chatter due to the fourth-floor location.
Breakfast was not included, despite the hotel being listed as a B&B. We had to go to a nearby café for breakfast, not convenient.

Located on a quiet street in a very nice area, this hotel offers the perfect combination of a peaceful stay and a convenient location. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city. It is close to all the main attractions and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is situated on a calm street, so despite being in a central area, it is quiet and peaceful.
The air conditioning issue we had during our stay was not resolved. However, this small technical issue did not take away from the overall great experience at the hotel.

I had an really good stay at a lovely and cute hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, great to easily walk to various attractions. The staff was helpful, providing us with an iron and ironing board on request. Although we experienced some difficulty with the shower door, Matteo assured us that it would be replaced. The room had shutters and a curtain, creating a dark and quiet environment. On top of that, there were tea, coffee, and water available in the room. I had a fantastic experience at Parione Uno and would highly recommend it.
Not having a light breakfast included in the stay, as I expected. It would have been nice to have a small breakfast option like espresso and brioche.
